We would like to thank the team of Affordable Tree Service for the work done on our property on Tuesday. We had obtained a number of quotes and your quote was more affordable than the other companies.

We had garden beds directly below the large trees and over the past few years these gardens had established themselves and were looking really good. We were putting off having the trees lopped for fear that the gardens would be ruined. When the team arrived I was assured that these gardens would not be damaged, looking at these huge trees I remained a bit skeptical. I was amazed how quickly and professionally these huge trees were lopped by the team, I was also astounded to see on completion of their hard work that the gardens remained unharmed and the property was left clean.

All we can say is thank you, thank you, for your professional service given by all, I would definitely use your company again and recommend you to all friends and acquaintances.

I wish to commend you on your staff and the service they provide. Earlier this year I had the pleasure of dealing with your firm. My initial contact was very pleasant. The woman who came to give the quote (which was true to your name – very affordable) was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

On the day that the trees were to be chopped down your employees arrived right on time, which I truly appreciated, as I have had many experiences when trades persons have not kept to their schedules. The fellows performed the job with the minimum of fuss and acted in a very professional manner. I appreciated that they also chopped down a branch from a tree, which was not part of the original quote, without any fuss. They left my yard so clean, that apart from the missing trees, you could not tell that they had been around.

I wish to compliment you and your employees on a job well done, I have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my friends.

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that you are running a terrific service. The gentlemen who performed some branch cutting at my property yesterday were exceptional. Having read your advertisement in the North West News which stated “Jobs always done Safely and Efficiently and gardens left Clean, Tidy and Undamaged”, I decided to risk it.

I was delighted with the result and am pleased that I selected your business. You lived up to your advertisement.

Please pass on my thanks to the workmen concerned, as they were working in an area confined by garden, fencing and a deck. They did an excellent job and did not damage any of the plants, fencing or deck.
